Our products are always fresh!

How long do you cure your meats for?  

Our cure is a 14-21 day  process to ensure the highest quality.  

Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.  

Yes, we take allergies seriously.  We ensure all precautions are taken to provide an allergy free environment.   

How is your meat better than the grocery store brands.  

The curing process.  

We use a equilibrium curing method. The EQ process uses curing salts and sugar based on weight of the meat, giving our products the right amount of cure. We also cure our products a week longer to allow the meat to fully take on the flavour of ingredients.
