Flank steak seasoned with sea salt & pepper, slightly charred and thinly sliced. Served with tortillas and fresh strawberry salsa flavoured with mint, shallots, cilantro, honey, lime & balsamic vinegar. Lime wedges are served on the side.
BBQ Chicken Tacos with Red Cabbage Slaw
Tender shredded chicken in our house-made BBQ sauce, topped with a creamy red cabbage slaw that is packing some heat! Garnished with chopped cilantro and served with tortillas & lime wedges on the side.
Chipotle Pork Tacos with Mango Cabbage Slaw
Tender shredded pork marinated in apple cider vinegar, honey & chipotle peppers. Served in tortillas with sauteed red peppers. Topped with mango cabbage slaw & a chipotle drizzle.
Salmon Tacos with Pineapple Salsa
Tender flakes of salmon spiced with chilli & sea salt. Served with tortillas, slaw & fresh pineapple salsa flavoured with red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic & lime. Served with sriracha on the side.
Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema
Juicy plump shrimp seasoned with chilli & cumin, sauteed and served in tortillas with red cabbage, carrot & scallion slaw. Topped with an avocado & cilantro crema.
Chipotle Lime Cauliflower Tacos
Cauliflower florets tossed in a smoky-tangy sauce made with honey, lime & chipotles in adobo sauce and roasted. Served in tortillas with refried beans and garnished with red cabbage, cilantro, jalapeno, guacamole & feta cheese.
