Our cure is a 14-21 day process to ensure the highest quality.
Yes, we take allergies seriously. We ensure all precautions are taken to provide an allergy free environment. Please advise us of any allergies when you place your order.
The curing process.
We use an equilibrium curing method. The EQ process uses curing salts and sugar based on weight of the meat, giving our products the right amount of cure. We also cure our products a week longer to allow the meat to fully take on the full flavour of the ingredients.
