Baby spinach & arugula topped with maple roasted butternut squash, figs, balsamic beets, candied pecans & herbed goat cheese. Drizzled with a balsamic glaze.
Peach Prosciutto Salad
Arugula topped with sliced peaches, tomatoes, blueberries, prosciutto, basil leaves & herbed goat cheese. Served with a lemon pesto olive oil dressing on the side.
